Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. Giving Tuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Support our work on or before December 3rd with a Giving Tuesday donation.
PILI's mission is to engage, inspire and empower those advancing equal access to justice. That's why PILI's 2024 theme is Empowered to Advocate. At PILI, we empower law students, lawyers, and legal professionals to advocate for others. And we empower our clients to advocate for themselves.
But what does this look like? How do we empower to advocate, so we can advance equal access to justice within our legal system? If you want to be involved in empowering those advancing equal access to justice in Illinois, here are a few ways that you can join us in our work:
- Support the Giving Tuesday Campaign with a donation below on or before December 3rd;
- Share your own photo and quote about what PILI means to you and tag PILI on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram;
- Purchase tickets to attend the Annual Awards Luncheon in-person on December 11th;
- Text “PILI” to 243-725 any time before or during the Annual Awards Luncheon on December 11th;
- Volunteer with PILI through one of our pro bono opportunities.
