About the Committee:
The Second Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee is a group, comprised of lawyers and judges, that strives to enhance equal access to justice by encouraging and promoting pro bono work in the Second Judicial Circuit.
Funding to support the work of this Committee is made possible, in part, by a grant through the Illinois Restore, Reinvest, Renew (R3) Program.
About the Circuit:
The Second Judicial Circuit is in the Fifth Appellate District and includes Crawford, Edwards, Franklin, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Jefferson, Lawrence, Richland, Wabash, Wayne and White Counties. The Honorable Melissa A. Morgan is the Chief Judge of the Second Circuit.
