On Tuesday, September 19th, Reed Smith attorneys adopted the Legal Prep Community Law Clinic in the Garfield Park neighborhood. This is Reed Smith’s third time adopting the clinic!
The four volunteers assisted four low-income clients with legal issues such as adult guardianships, adoption and landlord/tenent disputes.
The Alumni Network Leadership Council hosts this clinic on the second Tuesday of every month, and Chicago Volunteer Legal Services refers local clients to meet with attorneys at the clinic.
