Every year, PILI holds several Pro Bono Forums and Roundtables to bring together pro bono leaders from law firms, corporations, legal service agencies and law schools to discuss timely pro bono issues, challenges and best practices and develop strategies to expand and enhance pro bono in Illinois. The Pro Bono Roundtables allow for unique constituent group-specific conversations, while the Forums are for everyone and give attendees an opportunity for in-depth discussion among a cross-section of the legal profession.

Legal Service Agency Roundtable
On February 28, 2018, the Legal Service Agency Roundtable will bring together representatives from PILI’s partner public interest law agencies to share best practices and strategies for success.
Joint Law Firm & Corporate Pro Bono Roundtable
On April 19, 2018, law firm and corporate pro bono leaders will meet for a joint pro bono roundtable. During the first hour, law firm and corporate leaders will meet separately to discuss pro bono opportunities and challenges and to share best practices and strategies for success. During the second hour, law firm and corporate leaders will meet together to discuss opportunities for collaboration.
Law School Pro Bono Roundtable
On July 17, 2018, the Law School Pro Bono Roundtable will bring together law school representatives to discuss best practices, successful strategies, and collaboration opportunities.
