PILI Celebrates National Volunteer Week 2025

National Volunteer Week, celebrated this year from April 21-25, 2025, is an opportunity for PILI to recognize and acknowledge our own outstanding and dedicated volunteers. Without our vast network of volunteers throughout Illinois, PILI would not be where it is today.

We are so incredibly grateful to all of those who serve on our Board of Directors, Young Professionals Board, Alumni Leadership, Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committees and all of our pro bono volunteers across the state. Thank you for all you do!

Representative of a cross-section of the Illinois legal community, PILI’s Board of Directors is the governing body responsible for the overall management of the organization. Members of the board come from law firms, corporations and law schools as well as representatives from our Participating Agencies (at which we place PILI Law Student Interns and Fellows) and foundations that support PILI.
