The fall 2017 Interns celebrated their semester of service with a reception at Theory Bar with board members and PILI Alumni on November 15th. This semester, eight Interns provided 1,600 hours of legal services helping those in need. Three of the fall Internship placements were made possible by special funding commitments from organizational champions for public interest law and were recognized with Named Internships.
During the semester, PILI also hosted a breakfast for Interns and their supervisors to network and learn more about each other’s work, as well as an educational seminar with a panel of All Star PILI Alumni.
PILI is grateful to these Interns for their service in the community and welcomes them into the PILI Alumni Network.
