Protecting Your Client from Violence and Harassment

This program will focus on protecting survivors of violence and harassment. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the various legal remedies available to clients, including orders of protection, civil no-contact orders, and criminal remedies. Through this program, you will learn how to assess a survivor’s situation, evaluate the most appropriate legal options, and navigate the complexities involved in seeking justice and safety for their clients. By the end of the session, participants will have a better understanding of how to guide clients in making informed decisions about their legal protection.
