Policy Work and Impact Litigation for Change

Most of us are familiar with the work that public interest law organizations do to represent individual clients with their legal issues. But many organizations also work to push larger, systemic changes by engaging in strategic legislative efforts designed to shape public policy. Additionally, many organizations bring class action lawsuits to address systemic injustices. This work can be more long-term and complex, so organizations will often partner with law firms to provide support for these efforts. Hear from organizations and their law firm partners about how they have worked together to bring change through public policy and impact litigation.
