Incorporating Mediation Skills into Everyday Practice 004

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to hand down a ruling by the end of June on DAPA, the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents. This is an executive action that President Obama announced in November 2014, which was later enjoined by a federal judge and the Fifth Circuit. This seminar will explore the outcomes of this decision and its implications in the context of the election cycle.

Speaker: Karolyn Talbert, Associate Director of Legal Services, National Immigrant Justice Center
