Client Sign Up – Peoria Will/Powers of Attorney & General Legal Advice Clinic

Join us for this free event to meet with a lawyer who will draft a Will and/or Powers of Attorney so that you and your family can feel prepared with advance directives. NEW UPDATE! We have expanded this event to offer free legal advice on any non-criminal legal issue. This clinic will continue to offer assistance preparing free Wills or Power of Attorney documents, but now you can also meet with an attorney to get legal advice on legal issues including: family/divorce/custody, housing/eviction, debt/consumer, adult or minor guardianships, and more!

This clinic will occur on Thursday, August 6th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Peoria Public Library.

This clinic is free, but registration is required in order to guarantee an appointment time. Once registered, you will be contacted to provide further information and finalize an appointment time. Clients need to meet PILI’s financial guidelines for eligibility.

Walk-ins will be served on a first come, first served basis.
