Join us for this free event where eligible individuals can meet one-on-one with volunteer lawyers who will assist with preparing and filing the documents needed to complete a divorce.
This clinic is intended for individuals who meet financial eligibility guidelines and do not have minor children. Priority will be given to uncontested or agreed divorces in which both spouses have reached an agreement on the issues involved.
This clinic will occur on Friday, September 18th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School in Carbondale.
This clinic is free, but space is limited so advanced registration is required in order to guarantee an appointment time. Once registered, you will be contacted to provide further information and finalize an appointment time.
