PILI’s Twenty-Third Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee and Prairie State Legal Services will be holding an Expungement Clinic that will provide free legal assistance to individuals seeking to clear their criminal records. Volunteers will consult with participants on available options for relief, prepare petitions to expunge and/or seal eligible records, and provide guidance on navigating the process from start to finish. Both attorneys and other legal professionals are needed. Training will be provided.
The Criminal Records Relief Clinic will take place in person at the Kendall County Courthouse on April 25, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
