The application system for spring 2017 Law Student Internships is now open!
This year, applicants will apply through PILI’s website. Please note, the spring Internship is open to 2Ls and 3Ls only.

This spring, Interns can apply at one of the following agencies:
- Cabrini Green Legal Aid
- Chicago Legal Clinic, Inc
- Lawyers’ Committee for Better Housing
- Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF)
- National Immigrant Justice Center
- Roger Baldwin Foundation of the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois, Inc. (ACLU) POSITION FILLED
Agencies will receive applications immediately and can begin interviews at anytime so it is best to apply early.
PILI’s Law Student Internship Program connects law students from across the country with legal service agencies in Illinois. Interns work 400 hours full-time during the summer or 200 hours during the school year, with PILI ensuring quality supervision by experienced agency attorneys, and providing extra educational, networking and mentoring opportunities.
