PILI and Land of Lincoln Legal Aid are hosting this clinic to assist low-income residents in the East St. Louis area with Wills and Powers of Attorney. PILI is seeking attorney volunteers to prepare documents leading up to the clinic and then counsel clients on the day of the clinic.
