From Chicago’s lead pipes to the Flint water crisis to the impact of fracking on our water supply, worries about our drinking water are flowing locally and around the country. Public interest lawyers play a critical role in protecting our natural resources, including our water supply, and this session will explore these pressing environmental issues and how they are being addressed.
