Spotlight on Impact Litigation

This seminar will examine strategic and legal issues related to litigating impact cases that advance the civil rights of vulnerable communities.  Using the landmark Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and an ongoing local disparate impact claim, speakers will place the use of impact litigation in context and share insights into the role of litigation in furthering legislative action.
