Spring Interns are invited to join PILI for an educational seminar on the Post-Grad Fellowship process and to hear about a current Fellowship project! Interns will be joined by current Equal Justice Works Fellow from the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), Susana Sandoval Vargas. Susana’s project helps to provide direct representation, impact litigation and outreach to low-wage Latina immigrant workers in the Chicagoland area to empower them to defend their workplace rights and create systemic change. The program will take place virtually over Zoom.
Interns are expected to attend and attendance counts towards the 200 hour time requirement.
Advance registration is required to receive Zoom information. If you have any questions or issues with registration, please contact Sophia Vagnone by email or by phone at 312-832-5136.
