Hot Topics Session: Privacy and Reproductive Rights After Dobbs
Public interest lawyers are often at the forefront of social justice issues. For this seminar, hear attorneys debrief the recent Supreme Court ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization which overruled Roe v. Wade and held that the Constitution does not confer a right to abortion. Learn about the impact and implications of what this means in Illinois and beyond for reproductive rights and other constitutional protections.

Speakers:

  • Davina DiPaolo, Legal Fellow, ACLU of Illinois
  • Emily Hirsch, Legal Fellow, ACLU of Illinois
  • Emily Werth, Staff Attorney, ACLU of Illinois
