Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives
for Low-Income Clients
This complimentary CLE will explore the basics of preparing Powers of Attorneys and Living Wills. Speakers will also discuss assisting low-income individuals on a pro bono basis. This program is co-sponsored by the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee, Deere & Company and Prairie State Legal Services.

Attendees are strongly encouraged to volunteer at upcoming clinics to assist low-income seniors and people with disabilities with Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives. Malpractice insurance and support will be provided through Praire State Legal Services.
