Programs will only be offered virtually and advance registration for each program is required to receive the Zoom link. Attendance counts towards your 200 hour requirement.

Communicating with legal aid clients requires a unique set of skills to ensure clients feel safe, heard and empowered to share critical information. Hear from experienced professionals what interpersonal skills and communication strategies they use to both get key information and build trust. Whether working in-person, over the phone, or virtually, this session will help provide practical tools to communicate empathetically and effectively with your clients.
