Do you have a non-criminal (civil) legal question?  Are you in need of free legal advice? Have a legal issue and can’t afford a lawyer?

The Eleventh Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee is cohosting a Free Legal Advice Fair in Bloomington, IL on Saturday, July 18th, from 9:oo a.m. to 12:00p.m.. Sign up for this free legal advice fair and meet with a lawyer to discuss your legal issue.

Please fill out the form below to request an appointment. After you complete the form below, someone from the Public Interest Law Initiative will reach out to you within 3-5 business days to get more information and confirm your appointment time. It is highly encouraged to register in advance to guarantee a time slot at the clinic as we cannot guarantee help for walk-ins.  You must meet financial eligibility guidelines to get help at this clinic.

Help will be available for the following legal issues:

  • Family Issues: Child Support, Divorce, Paternity, Allocation of Parenting
  • Housing Issues: Evictions, Foreclosures, Housing Conditions
  • Debt Issues: Bankruptcy, Collections, Payday and Title Loans
  • Other: Expungement, Immigration, And More!

 

Lawyers are only available to provide one-time advice and information. They are not able to represent you in court with your legal matter, or to help with matters involving criminal or traffic violations.

 

Registration will remain open until all slots are filled.
