Virtual Pro Bono CLE Series: Updates to Public Benefits

The economic hardship faced by pro bono and legal aid clients can have significant impacts on their civil legal issues. Join us for this seminar to learn more about how public benefits could affect your clients and their cases, and improve your client counseling. Our speakers will discuss what pro bono volunteers need to know about public benefits and will explain recent changes to DHS benefits like SNAP.

Speakers:

  • Gwynne Kizer Mashon, Associate Director of our Public Benefits Practice Group at Legal Aid Chicago
