About the 2022 Event
Register Now! The Twenty-Third Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee will host this program to commemorate Pro Bono Week, recognize the commitment of local pro bono volunteers, provide CLE training and introduce attendees to local pro bono opportunities. This virtual event will be held from 12:00-1:15 p.m. on Thursday, November 17th.
1 hour of MCLE credit has been requested for this program. This program is complimentary but advance registration is required to receive the Zoom link using the form below.
The program will explore judges’ perspectives on what is new in the Twenty-Third Judicial Circuit, including the new time standards for cases announced by the Illinois Supreme Court this summer. The panelists will also discuss trends they are seeing in their courtrooms. These standards will particularly impact on family cases cases, which are one of the highest pro bono needs. The Committee will also recognize whose who have provided pro bono service in the last year and provide information on local pro bono opportunities.
