Family law is one of the greatest areas of need in legal aid. This seminar will highlight the significant changes to the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act and the Parentage Act that recently went into effect, impacting parentage, divorce, and child custody as well as the overhaul of the Illinois child support formula which is set to take effect on July 1.
