Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives
for Low-Income Clients
This complementary CLE will explore the basics of preparing Powers of Attorneys and Living Wills. Speakers will also discuss assisting low-income individuals on a pro bono basis. This program is co-sponsored by the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee, Deere & Company and Prairie State Legal Services.

Attendees are strongly encouraged to volunteer at upcoming clinics to assist low-income seniors and people with disabilities with Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives. Multiple dates and clinics will be available. Malpractice insurance and support will be provided through Praire State Legal Services.
