Eleventh Judicial Circuit CLE: Conflicted by Conflicts

Conflicted by conflicts? This CLE will made clear the rules regarding conflicts of interest, an important issues for pro bono volunteers assisting low‐income individuals with civil legal problems. Beginning with a brief overview of the Rules of Professional Conduct relating to conflicts, participants then discussed common conflict challenges in solo and small firm practice. This program was hosted by the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee in conjunction with the Livingston County Bar Association and Prairie State Legal Services, Inc.

This program wascomplimentary. PILI offered 1.0 hour of MCLE Professional Responsibility credit.

Lunch was provided by the Livingston County Bar Association at an additional cost payable at that time as part of their regular meeting. The CLE immediately followed beginning at noon.
