The United States Constitution requires an accurate count of the nation’s population every 10 years through a nationwide census which is used to allocate funding, craft policy, and make other important decisions. Learn about the daunting set of challenges facing the 2020 Census and how you as lawyers and law students can help ensure it be fair and accurate.
